Sonia Johnson in memoriam

May her soul rest in peace!

Ms Sonia Johnson was among the first colleagues I knew at Cave Hill Campus because we were inducted the same day, back in August 2001. We started working at the same period for the University of the West Indies. She was appointed as Business Development Officer. The welcome meeting for "newcomers" took place in the old main conference room. I remember the presence of librarian Barbara Chase and the late Dr Smetzan among the new colleagues. 

Sonia was a very dedicated, competent and helpful colleague. Throughout the years spent at Cave Hill we used to meet and collaborate at different levels of our respective responsibilities. Honour and Respect! Yesterday I participated in the funeral services at Christ Church Parish church and cemetery.  May her soul rest in éternel peace of God.
